* Packages can be cancelled at anytime.
* Cancellation will be in effect at the end of the last paid month.
* Refunds will not be issued mid-month due to cancellation of service.

* Sessions will be scheduled with your instructor.
* Sessions should take place during the paid month.
* Sessions cancelled by client before 24 hours will be rescheduled.
* Sessions cancelled by client less than 24 hours will be charged with no make-up session.
* Sessions cancelled by the instructor before 24 hours will be rescheduled.
* Sessions cancelled by the instructor less than 24 hours will result in a FREE make-up session.
